Destroyed was my first book by this author and I enjoyed this darker book. I had tears trickling down my face for the last half hour of this book and was satisfied with the ending.
This was a dark story of a man who was a shadow, survived but had to find his way though life. Hazel, a Mom, learned how to lie to survive also had many dark secrets. At times this story hurt, it was painful. But in the end life finds away of moving forward. 5 stars for the dark side of life.
