When you live in a landlocked state like Pennsylvania, the idea of taking a cruise on open seas is both terrifying and mesmerizing. Terrifying, because you can’t fathom the idea of seeing nothing but water for days on end, and mesmerizing, because stepping away from your mundane, landlocked life sounds over-the-top adventurous.
