Loved this book, especially the way Zoe, who has changed a lot since she was child, just says whatever is on her mind. I also loved how she didn't act like a coquette and just took whatever Lucien gave her. Nice change of pace from the normal "Historical Romance". Great book!

This novel is not your run-of-the-mill romance novel. It is more about how closed off Lucien had become as a person over the years since Zoe's disappearance and Gerard's death rather than about Zoe Octavia recovery and reintegration into Ton society. The pacing is slow and very disembodied reflec...

Eu digo e repito. Loretta Chase é uma das minhas autoras favoritas. Sempre que eu quero ler algo diferente, com humor afiado e muito charme, eu recorro a ela, e ela nunca me decepciona.Don't Tempt Me me lembrou bastante de outro livro dela, Your Scandalous Ways, e embora não seja tão sensacional qua...

Then everyone including her sisters want her gone because she will cause a scandal but when they find out she has jewels then it is ok for her to s...

About as many Orientalist stereotypes as you'd expect from the setup, but charming if you can block that out.

Loretta Chase is back in great form (after the slightly disappointing Last Night's Scandal) with this one: great hero and heroine, good story, even if it's almost over the top for suspension of disbelief, very sexy, very, very funny.
