A six star read. Unputdownable story of Las Vegas, Poker and m/m love. Just adored Randy and Ethan, great characterisation and humour.'Maybe he was playing for all the aces in the world, for every man and woman whom life had hit too hard, who just needed one moment of wonder to believe again.'

3.5 stars.Hm… I missed bold, flirty and kinky Randy (I loved him in Special Delivery!). It was fun to meet Sam and Mitch again, but even those two couldn’t make up for how Randy suddenly acted… It felt like he was a totally different person. :(Other than that, I enjoyed this book. :)

4 and a HALF stars! I loved this sequel to Special Delivery. I loved that it was the story of Randy/Skeet who Heidi made me love in the previous book in spite of myself. I loved Ethan, pure and simple. And I loved that neither of the MCs were in their early 20s. I loved how Ethan and Randy just...

3.5 starsI was both excited and nervous about this one. I really wanted Randy to get his HEA since he helped Mitch and Sam get theirs in the first book. But sequels to books I love make me nervous because the characters I fell in love with are almost never given the treatment they deserve the seco...

It was just 'good' for me. Between the poker and Crab elements, I was a little disinterested and found myself just wanting to read more about Ethan and Randy...ALONE.

It was a nice read, I'll give you that. But somehow, following after "Special Delivery", this story carried less of an impact.I was expecting one point of view in the story and was surprised to find two. And like the other book, I somehow believed it would focus on Randy, him being the character int...

OMG. I have read this book enveloped in such warmth and sweet, angsty goodness...I tried to make it last but just couldn't put it down. You know an author has you by jugular when you think about the characters when you're in the mall and in the car at traffic lights... and you're tempted to switch o...

It's very vivid and exciting, though a tad too much ground on for me.And Ethan is not an ace, he's just leaning toward bipolar; I loved him.

This book was the sequel to Special Delivery...and it's Randy's story. Randy works as prop at a Las Vegas casino and on a be he ends up meeting Ethan who after being betrayed by his lover has come to Vegas to 'end it all'. Randy takes Ethan in and things progress fast. Ethan is vulnerable and needs ...
