I really enjoyed this chilling, engrossing and steamy story. I felt such sympathy for the heroine and liked the hero's sensitive take charge attitude except for one time he got off the hook too easy, nevertheless it was still a great book. This was OK, and there was a lot I liked about it, but also a lot that annoyed me. I guess it's a PNR since she is psychic, and it lacked the suspense aspect since it occasionally showed us the killer's POV, but there isn't anything else paranormal. My favorite book by Howard. Very strong heroine, very "alpha" protective hero. Lots of clashes, banter and danger. The villain was very evil too. Good PNR (the heroine is an empath).

Reread December 2010Not much to really say about this one. It was nice and angsty, hot 'n' tasty (hello! it's Linda Howard!), but not so heavy as to be a tough read. What worked for me:*I liked Marley's psychic abilities, and I LOVED the fact she'd lost her "powers" to some extent after surviving a "...
