Note: The review below was taken directly from my Goodreads account. The subjects under discussion really didn't incite any interest in me. Except maybe the essay on laugh tracks. Unfortunately, all of Klosterman's critiques seemed to lack depth and/or I felt they were off base. I don't know.

Not sure what to say about this one. I liked it but it was not the same as some of his others. I liked the broader picture he was trying to present but at the same time he never fully recognized those ideas. In the end it is an entertaining read not bad not great.
