A slight return to form. Much better than book 7
I really enjoyed this one, most likely because there wasn't 50-100 pages of how great Honor is before the plot actually takes off.The plot switches between Honor's friends, family, and Navy in the aftermath of her supposed death to Honor herself as she and her compatriots struggle to get off of Hell...
Not very surprisingly, I liked this one much much better than the previous one in the series. I almost couldn't wait for triumphant the end when Harrington finally appears back in Manticore space.Having said that, I agree with some of the previous Goodreads reviewers that there was a bit of filler m...
