This review can also be found here. There was just something about this book that drew me in and kept me hooked. Maybe it was dual POV's or maybe it was the fact that we were hearing a story within the book. The book is in two different views: Duncan and Tim, and I found both boys to be wonderful cha...

OVERALL IMPRESSION: I was definitely interested from the moment I started reading. It was a very gripping story and I needed to keep reading. I actually got angry whenever Duncan (he is listening to Tim's story) took breaks from listening to take care of something in his world, but I was relieved be...

This review can also be found on My Fiction Nook."Enter here to be and find a friend."I wasn't quite sure what to expect when requesting this ARC on Netgalley, but the summary was intriguing, and I was hoping for a bit of YA fare that was different than most. I will start off by saying that I did enjoy this book. It had its ups and downs but overall, I enjoyed it.Likes: 1) Dual narrative- The narrative reminded me of 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher because one character recorded his story onto CDs and gave it to the other character so you heard the story fro...

In the last few years, John Green has kind of become the king of contemporary “realistic” teen fiction. I mean, just look at the furor caused by The Fault In Our Stars. It’s so popular that anyone who dares post a negative review on this site is descended upon by hordes of angry fans who don’t get t...

The Tragedy Paper is set in elite Irving School and centers around two 17-year-old boys: Duncan and Tim, an albino. Beautifully narrated trough two very different points of view, Elizabeth LaBan shows us what are young adults capable of doing to be accepted. "A tragedy is a play or literary work in ...

The Tragedy Paper by Elizabeth LaBan is one of those book that readers everywhere need to read and experience. A story within a story that comes full circle in the end, and I loved every minute of it.I loved the unique way in which this story was told. It’s told in the point of view of two charac...

I got a little bored while reading this. The story was ok, but I wasn't very interested in the outcome. When I skimmed over the book again, there were several sentences that seemed very similar to sentences I've read in other books.... just can't think what books, which is driving me a little crazy.
