I am a born and raised Winni-the-Pooh girl. Needless to say, I was very excited when this wonderful collection was released. This book houses all of my favorite Winnie-the-Pooh stories that I remember reading as a little girl. And the illustrations are simply beautiful.I was very happy to see that a...

First time reading this. I read the Tao of Pooh first for some bizarre reason. This and [a:Hans Christian Andersen|6378|Hans Christian Andersen|https://d.gr-assets.com/authors/1396920989p2/6378.jpg] seem to be children's stories an adult can enjoy.Really surprised at some of the comic twists in the ...

Following the resounding success of my Locus Quest, I faced a dilemma: which reading list to follow it up with? Variety is the spice of life, so I’ve decided to diversify and pursue six different lists simultaneously. This book falls into my BEDTIME STORIES list.I have a little boy and love reading ...

I would say that this follow up to Winnie the Pooh is only slightly less delightful than its predecessor, but it is still very, very good. Namely, we are introduced to Tigger and the game of Poohsticks. I am not certain how I have lived my life up until now without knowing about Poohsticks. Although...

We picked it up again this past week (she just turned 9) and found it very enjoyable indeed. The stories are very qu...

Re-reading Pooh is such a lovely thing, taking me straight back to the best parts of my childhood. And I remain captivated by the story of the Hundred Acre Woods, from Rabbit to Eeyore. I think part of the secret is that I can see different aspects of myself in all of them. Piglet–I am a Very Small ...

Winnie The Pooh is a bear that lives in the forest with Piglet, Owl, Rabbit and others. Christopher Robin is a friend to all of them and in this book are some of their adventures.I read this because I've loved Winnie The Pooh ever since I was a kid. I loved the show, but never read the book. I can't...

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mom for reading to us.I love these stories. I love the way Milne writes directly to children, with subtle wit they can appreciate as they get older.Even if this is my least favorite of the four, it's still a favorite, and still worth five stars.
