I have too many conflicting thoughts and opposing feelings about this book. I both like it and dislike it, and, to tell the truth, I can't remember, when I was such indecisive in my review about the book I read and liked disliked liked disliked. But one after another:Closing Ranks is the book #4 in ...
I won a copy of this book in a blog tour event, so I went blind into reading it, having no idea what it was going to be about. Well, for one thing, it was too short! I really liked the characters, but everything happened so fast, and they fell so hard it was a little bit disconcerting. It is more ...
This book was weird. Not bad, but definitely the weirdest book I've ever read. The resolution was ridiculous, but the book was funny, so I couldn't take any of it too seriously. I really hated Linc saying frack though, and some of his misused words threw me off.
Zombie Boyz is a collection of three short stories. They all have a common theme - zombies, duh! - but are very different from each other. Things most people find laugh out loud funny I just roll my eyes at and move on… sometimes they might elicit a smile. So to get me laughing out loud in just 82 short pages is quite a feet. Ethan Stone accomp...
Those enamoured with protective males, this is the series for you.In the third book in the Uniformity series, Mr. Stone features Dylan Hoss. Dylan Hoss comes across as Nicolas Cage in Con Air. The reason why Dylan is in prison is because he broke the law. However, for many readers, his act is justif...
Getting to know Correctional Officer Daniel “Kash” Kashaveroff was very enlightening. I always figured that anyone who did the job of a CO at a prison had a calling in law enforcement. Kash was the complete opposite of that. He needed a job and this was the only job available at the time. This was a...
After reading the first book in this series, I had a soft spot for Zane Davis. I know he may not have been the most popular character due to his being less than faithful in Compromised, but I think he redeemed himself, and his honesty made him a character I could respect.See the entire review at The...
