This was actually a read of the edited and updated release that came out not that long ago. I enjoyed the extra scenes and being immersed in this world again. I am really looking forward to the re-release of Hidden and hopefully the first release of Tatiana's books.
I have a new favorite author:-) I liked the strong characters in this one. Secondary characters in this one are not as strong as in Driven. I liked the conclusion. Definitely open for more in this series, but doubt will get more since the Shomi line is defunct.
This is my first of what I'm being told is called a "SHOMI" novel. And let me just say: I'M CONVERTED!This book was pretty awesome. Lots of action with romance taking the supporting role, which was a nice change after my monthly Harlequin Blaze binge.Basically, Wizard uses Raina as bait (unbeknownst...
This is a fun and engaging series. It felt a little heavier on the romance this time around that Driven, but maybe because these books tend to focus more on the female perspective and Tatiana was an empath and getting used to new emotions. Anyway, still tons of good sci-fi elements, can't wait for...
This was actually really good. While I enjoyed the first half, I was prepared to give it 3 stars. But something happened around the middle of the book, and the characters became more real to me. Raina and Wizard are both multi-dimensional characters with a lot of issues, and while these caused th...
Driven is the reason why I downloaded the Kindle app onto my phone. I couldn't find the book anywhere and was dying to reading. Dying.Alot of people compared it to Mad Max and I love me some Mad Max. Raina Bowen is a long haul truck driver who lives in a post apocalyptic world. There was a situation...
This is book #2 with the first one being Driven. I don't know why it doesn't list this as a series but it is. And it's a really good series. There are 3 genetically altered children that survive with the help of a computer. They are "rescued" but really they're given over for torture. The first...
I kept putting off reading this book until the day it was due and realize I shouldn't have. The cover made me think it would read like a comic book, which it did a little but was a whole lot more. This is a post-apocalyptic book after two nuclear wars happen and the top half of the world is a wint...
I love the world-building of this futuristic so much. I love the dystopia, the science, the technology, the mystique, and the true grit. And when you love certain aspects of a story, the things you DON'T love tend to be really bloody annoying.-Raina Bowen thinks she has a love rival. Wrong - that wo...
