This is the world where global warming was come to its worse, the ice capes have melted, and the world flooded. This is a phenomenal book about a possible future if global warming worsens. Mara must lead her people from the island of Wing to a New City in order to save them from rising sea tides. But will she find the utopia she thinks she will?
