I have read a few of the Swedish authors in the past, but Faceless Killers is the first I have read by this author. Faceless Killers was on OK read for me. Set in the early 90s, the book is a bit dated when it comes to technology. It's not really exciting and there is no real action. I also thi...

A good solid crime fiction that I'd like to continue reading but not something that tore me out of my seat, yet.

The first few pages are written from the point of view of an elderly farmer who discovers his neighbours have been brutally attacked. Wallander is called in to investigate. The rest of the book is written from his perspective. Wallander’s perspective is tired and singular. Outside of work he is a pa...

I swear I have read this book before several years ago. I am having Deja vu all over the place yet cannot remember the ending. But it is a fantastic book...I will def. continue on with this series.

Touted as being similar to Stiegg Larsson, I wasn't drawn in as much. It was a good mystery and good characters, but not quite so intricate as Larsson. I have the next two books in the series and will at least read that far.
