This was a very good novel. McNeill picks up right where Dan Abnett left off in Horus Rising, and the move from one book to the other is seamless. Yep, I am done with this series. For beings with such "superior intellect" ad nauseum, some of these characters sure are stupid.The style of writing made me want to barf.
