Cute, simple, teenage romance. There are the typical teenage issues, but with the added pressure of being famous. The book wasn't anything new or earth shattering, but it was enjoyable. I liked the characters and the story, even though it was predictable.
The first thing you need to know is that this is a series. It says "To be continued..." in the end so I'm guessing it will be a continuation of the story, not a companion book.
