Irving's work isn't as good as his SHADE or X-MEN work and that brings this down from 5. Still a great story, though. Dying to read BATMAN INCORPORATED now.
Never liked multiple artists on one series, even if I can understand why it was done. So far, least favourite Morrison Batman stuff, but I still liked and enjoyed it.
I did enjoy the series but there were moments when I wondered why certain things happened. I want to read the next set of stories to really make my mind up about it all but overall I found it very readable. Zatanna is an interesting character (though some of her costumes look more uncomfortable th...
It was only two weeks ago when I reviewed Joe the Barbarian by Grant Morrison and really loved it. I remember saying how I had a love/hate relationship with the author because his work in comics is typically outstanding, however there are some characters he just doesn't get as good of a grip on. Bat...

Working to recruit Bat-men and Bat-women from all over the...

Can they make Dick and Damian look sufficiently like chumps in time for Bruce Wayne to return and save the day?As you can tell by my brief and sarcastic synopsis, I didn't think much of this Batman collection. It showca...

The idea is to use seven mid-range characters in (mostly) new forms in a team book where there is no team. The characters won't meet, but they will have a common e...
There's something about the way this was written that kept making me think it wasn't the first collection of stories for this character/world. The characters kept mentioning past situations and people in a familiar way. And I'm still not sure if there were previous issues or not. But, I was sold on...
