This book points the finger at refined carbohydrates. Now I have issues with a one size fits all model of diet. I don't think that's how it wo...

This is not - as many seem to think - a diet book. It's a scientific book and the author bases his points on scientific trials and facts. The author talks about the 'myths' about obesity that we take as granted today, which have contibuted to the epidemy.
