Ok this is a massive spoiler or whatever but I'm just so annoyed. I was enjoying this book. It completely scared me I was shook with terror. But that was completely fine. I was certain I was gonna give this book at least four stars. Then, the author adds an epilogue like "she died three weeks after"...
Dear Diary,I remember reading Go Ask Alice in middle school and thinking that this stuff does not really happen. Reading it now though, I feel a lot of it does occur but we chose to close our eyes at the situations or it is not in “our world” so we just ignore it. But it happens. It all starts off...
I read this in the 8th grade and for the next several years I was convinced that someone could/would drop acid in my food. Never happened, but it did happen to two friends of mine--one of whom is now my wife. So my fears clearly had some basis. Is this book good? I still remember it vividly 30 years...
Just Say No: The Novel by Nancy ReaganOr at least that's what it feels like. Spoilers will follow, but it doesn't really matter. I'll tell you right now that you'd be better off in life if you just avoid this book completely. If I've ever done anything that's worth winning a medal for, it's for fini...
I read this book in middle school because it sounded dangerous and mysterious. And back then it kind of rocked my world. Looking back on it now, it was clearly written by an adult trying to teach children a lesson. It's so over the top and ridiculous.
I thought it'd be nice, reading somebody else's diary. But Alice isn't that interesting. Also, I found out that this wasn't a real diary anyway, so the chance of actually finishing this book is practically zilch.

My little school chums had read it, brothers and sisters, my cousins. They all ...
I need to get this out of the way. About the controversy surrounding whether this book is fiction or non-fiction: Who the fuck cares?Real review to come later.
OMG I had forgotten about this book until I found it while browsing Amazon. What I remember...it's a "diary" of a young girl who dies of a drug overdose. I probably read this 4 times at least.
I read this book when I was fifteen. I don’t care whether it’s fact or fiction; I was engrossed. A fifteen year old girl writes in her journal almost every day for a year about her spiral into a world of drugs.
