I have to admit that I didn't like this one as much as the first two in the series. It was a bit darker but that wasn't what bothered me. In the first two books I loved Atticus, he was a smartass firmly rooted in the present but he also had enough gravitas to make me believe he was 1000 years old....

Mack-truck sized squirrel, named Ratatosk. If that doesn't get your attention, I don't know what will. This was the best yet in The Iron Druid Chronicles. I was constantly worried about one thing or another - like will Atticus ever get his clothes back. Like before the next fight. Luke Daniels did a...

First review lost in cyber space - one more time.... Of the books in this series, Hammered is by far the most serious. It is filled with death, revenge and the consequences of our actions. I didn't like this as much as the other books. I just didn't care about the main story line. What I like about this series is the characters, not the fighting. I did like the scenes with Jesus and the mention of Neil Gaiman. We need more Oberon and less Asgard.

Thor, the god of thunder, is a bully. The real Thor is not the pretty boy we se from the movies. Somebody has to do something, he has ruined countless lives. AH, but the cost might be too high. Lives will be lost, the future will change, Gods will be angered. The mission to end Thor is all about veng...

This was amazing. I found myself crying because of the events of this book...we lost some very lovable characters. I hope this is not the last book in the series. Atticus gets himself into some major trouble in this one and I want to know how it all ends...hopefully with Atticus, Oberon, and Granuai...

never finished. beginning was too convoluted. got through 2 chapters and didn't want to go continue. too bad, because the first two books were pretty good and i'd recommend those.
