It makes me sad that I don't remember what parts do the series corms from which book. I need to reread these ASAP.

I'd just like to mention that I had seen the movie many times before actually reading the book. I never planned on reading any of the Harry Potter books, because I was quite happy with the movies, but did so on my cousins request and how she thought, for me loving the movies, it'd be important to re...

Harry hits adolescence--and with a vengeance! Beautiful and sad, funny (although less frequently than earlier installments).

In some ways this is my favorite among the Harry Potter books, because it is the least Gryffindor-centric (one of the 4 houses of Hogwarts Harry is sorted into). That moment at the end where Harry tries to call to...

2.5 starsHarry's brattiness (and later angst) was incredibly irritating. Look, I get that he's mad about being cooped up but after all that's happened shouldn't he know better? And look where it led to?Hagrid - It's been bothering me for a few books now...he has a big heart and all but Hagrid is so ...

So just updating all my past read.. It has been years since I read these books but I recall the stories fondly and the wait to get the newest one at that time so long. There may never be a series I give myself to as I did these. This review will be on all the books.
