For people who enjoyed the movie and book The Time Traveler's Wife, it was about the destination. For people who loved the book The Time Traveler's Wife, it was about the journey.I was one who loved TTTW, and Niffenegger has once again proved herself adept at creating a book that is a delicious jour...
After loving The Time Traveller's Wife, I was excited to see that she (finally!) had another book out. But somehow this book wasn't as spectacular as her first one, which was SO disappointing. I just hate it when an author's first book blows my mind, and then the second one just doesn't measure up...
I'm not sure how the plot could have been more predictable, but that wasn't really important given that this is all about the characters who are interesting enough to not really need a plot to follow.
I would have to agree with those who said this book was slow moving and some of the things that happened, I was like...what? Also the ending; am I the only one who was disappointed in the ending? I just felt that something more was going to be resolved. I spent a lot of the book waiting for somet...
Although completely different from TIME TRAVELLER’S WIFE this book was wonderful in its own way. What a good ghost story with a surprise twist at the end. My only comment on this book is that it went on one chapter too long. Sometimes the extra piece of information the author felt would complete ...

Neighbor, friend and lover Robert, who is working on a thesis about the cemetery, is bereft. In her will Elspeth left her apartment and almost all her belongings to...
I really enjoyed this book but was pretty dissatisfied with the ending. It is a ghost story though I didn't know that when I started it. Niffenegger's characters are always engaging and interesting, though I felt this time there was one character who was underdeveloped or under-revealed to make the...
I don't know quite how, exactly, to describe this book. I really enjoyed it--I'd pick it up and find myself unable to put it down for hours. The characters are so interesting, and fairly complex, but for much of the book not much is really *happening.* And yet, I didn't mind. It was so fascinating t...
