This book was written in the summer of 2000. It started off as an article for the Watford fanzine, Clap Your Hand Stamp Your Feet, as a bit of padding. For those of you not familiar with the fanzine, ‘padding’ is a term we frequently use to fill the pages when we do not have enough articles submitted and something we still frequently have to do.
This is a story based around following Watford Football Club, but there is very little football talk in it. However, I feel those fans who endured that season and like me, travelling England at a ridiculous cost just to see their beloved team hammered every week will sympathise. Or just laugh at the pain stupidity of it all.
