I only read "Like a Wolf with a Bone" and that gets 5 stars. I loved it!! (only thing I'd change is the name of the hero LOL)

I only read Shelly Laurenston's paranormal story with her typical wacky fighting and while enjoyable it was a short little story not as captivating as other of her shifter stories. Solitary among their wolf shifter families military hit man Eggie saves pacifist Darla from attack.

Three stars; not because I didn't enjoy the book or think the writers are talented. I love how seamlessly Laurenston weaves humor into her dialogue. I just didn't have the time to fully enjoy it. I kept needing to put it down and in the process the stories got lost in my mind. There wasn't anything ...

I only read the Laurenston novella. Worth the price of the book. Managed to make Eggy Smith a romantic hero. I wasn't sure she'd be able to pull it off, but she did.

I love Shelly's shifter books, especially the Smiths. The snark she creates always has me rolling with laughter. However, this book I found lacking. It didn't have the same feel to it as the others did. Too much sweetness, not enough snark.I didnt really connect with Cynthia's book. There wasn't one...

I give 5 stars for Shelley Laurenston. And 2 for Cynthia Eden - didn't care for the story or the use of the phrase "the guy" in reference to whatever male character was being thought about/discussed at the time. Very annoying.
