This was an amazing book. The story is about friendship & love. It was hilarious, sexy, tragic and romantic at the same time. There were so many LOL moments in it (the first date preparation and the emails). The Interaction between the characters was awesome. LOVED IT!!!

The title and cover of this book do not do it justice. Enjoyed the first third that detailed the US Army basic training of a group of four friends at the hands of scary Drill Sergeant Phillip Grabowski. A lot of the soldier speak and abbreviations went over my head. The middle of the book was five y...

I've had this on my TBR for a while, before I realized this was a free read on GR. I won't say much because there are plenty of reviews already posted for this gem that say it all much better than I could.I loved this book. I laughed, snickered and cried. This is one of those books that has it all. ...

I will be honest. I was excepting almost hardcore sex & over-the-top romance. Instead I was treated to a fantastic, well written tale of a man's life in the army. Rose took the time to let the reader get to know and care about her characters. Luckily we didn't go overseas with out boys we stayed and...

FUCK YES! This is one of the most amazing books I have ever read. It was funny, hot and just perfection. I read this on a rainy afternoon when I had nothing to do. To this day that was one of the best afternoons I have had. Reading this book made me emotional and fall in love. I found myself wishing...

I was a bit unsure about this book, mostly due to the title. I really did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. It took me a few chapters to really get into the story and characters but I found myself really caring about what happened to them. I enjoyed the email correspondence. ...

3.5-4 stars.I laughed. I cried. I cringed at the numerous editing oversights. That pretty much sums it up.Don't let the title fool you. This is actually a very good book that benefits greatly from its funny, tongue-in-cheek, honest main narrator, Ryan. His account of basic combat training/boot camp ...

I have mixed feelings about this book. Some of my comments have both good and bad elements so I’m going to just list them in random order. The pacing was a little slow but not unbelievably so. The book was very funny in places and dramatic in others in a good mix, which I liked. It was a great settin...
