I was a Beached WhaleHow I lost more than 60 pounds - fast and efficiently - and this is how you can do it too!I have always been a “doughboy.” Apart from whatever opinion I had of myself, I saw it in the eyes of others.I started off the year 2014 at a weight of 320 pounds. Keep in mind that I had reached my maximum “fighting weight” more than a decade earlier, when I loaded my scale with a total of 350 pounds.Meanwhile I now weigh less than 240 pounds. It has been more than 20 years since my scale last indicated that number. Does that mean I should still be considered a beached whale? Well, objectively speaking you may say this is a clear yes. My BMI (body mass index) is still located in a region that is commonly considered to be pathological. Whereas I feel downright slim when I think of all the way I have come in the endeavor to optimize my weight. After all it seems to be that overweight is a relative term. There are three reasons I am writing this book. First of all, I am really thankful for having found a way to slim down. I am maintaining my weight and I know that I can always go ahead and lose some more pounds whenever I feel ready for it. By writing this book I would love to share this experience with others and express my gratitude to all those who told me about the diet.I am convinced that this method can bring satisfying results to anyone, whether they may want to get rid of those few extra pounds gained during the holidays, or a lot more. You should give it a try.On the other hand, by writing a book I am working on a policy to combat my weaker self. With all those people in mind, who are so well informed about how I lost weight and that I actually did it, I am going to think twice before putting it back on again. After all it is about my very own personal concern. I`d like to clear up a few things before I go on. In my opinion things are just being handled wrong here. The whole issue of weight loss is being captured by three huge business sectors offering a wide range of products and services. Some keep suggesting that all you have to do is ingest the correct pills or powders, or drink the right shake, and all is well. Some just cut off all those parts of the body that are deemed to be unsatisfactory. The third business insists on sports and physical education being the overall cure. As a professional coach I have come to realize that I will have to take the personality of a person into account if I want to help him or her to diet successfully, and later maintain their newly-gained size. Some people actually achieve this by themselves, while others need help to get there. In I was a Beached Whale you will learn:My story, how I lost more than 60 poundsA proofen way how you may do the same or even moreTake action now.
