I wasn't too sure about this book until the last half. I thought it was a little odd and off putting that Mary Ann was into the wolf before ever seeing his human form. It all ended up coming together and interesting me in the last half of the book. I am curious to see what happens in the next book.

Review: Aden’s spent his life going from house to house, due to his being “crazy”. But the actual reason is because he has four souls inside his head, constantly talking to him, making him possess someone else, making him raise the dead, making him timetravel and predicting his death. When he gets t...

There might be some spoilers ... I was so conflicted with Intertwined in the beginning. Those first pages, did not interest me AT ALL. I'm not into the whole zombie thing and I almost put the book down more than once just because of the opening cemetery scene. Then the book got good. In the end, I w...

Haden Stone, known as Aden, has been jumping from mental institutions, to foster care, and juvie since he was born, all because he talks to the voices in his head. But what happens when the voices are real? What happens when one can time travel, one can raise the dead, one can possess another human,...

I don't normally read much YA but I read this one for a challenge and ended up liking it. I read Gena Showalter's other series and I found her voice similar here (although obviously without the naughty bits). I found the characters likable and really wanted Aden to succeed and find happiness. And...

Let me start off by saying that I think this is a very good book. I liked it. This is my first Gena Showalter book and I heard that she was a pretty good writer but I didn't think I would like her book as much as I did. I'm glad that I gave this book a chance because it was definitely worth the read...

I really like this story. The characters were very endearing and I couldn't help but love Aden and his "trapped souls".
Muddled, Mystified & Marvelous Musings
FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!!! This was a very nice surprising book! I originally chose this book because of the cover, which I well known for doing. Fast-paced and sightly scary. You will fall in love with Aden. The characters are very likable and have so much depth. I found myself being sucked into the sto...

I read Gena Showalter's "Lords of the Underworld" series and I really enjoyed them. When I saw that she also wrote a YA paranormal series I was intrigued! I was happy to get the book from Harlequin at the Frankfurt Book fair and now I finally started to read. It was amazing! She outdid herself with ...
