Wish I had a Leland.Good book, although I was not satisfied at all with the resolution of the man's murder.

This is a classical whodunnit, dun right. We're introduced to all the characters fairly early, so there's no sudden introduction of the killer 90% of the way through the book. Everything follows logically, without outrageous coincidence (as detective Beaumont says, the police don't believe in coincid...

Exit wounds is a very gripping, sometimes appalling novel. The real suspense was when it is found that the victim was the true murderer. Overall, Its a very sensational novel.

The story opens with the plight of an under-age runaway trapped in a sex-trafficking ring. Now that the eldest is 13, I fouud it a little too close to home to take. Maybe some other day, when both of the Offspring are all grown up.

I love J.A. Jance books. It was quick read, but oh so much fun. The main characters are like old friends.

Niektóre opowiadania lepsze, niektóre gorsze, ale ogólnie książka moim zdaniem słaba. Trochę mało realistyczne, ale niektóre potrafią wciągnąć. Chociaż nie przepadam za krótkimi, kryminalnymi opowiadaniami.

This was a really good book. I was completely sucked into this story, and I couldn't put it down. I like JA Jance's no-nonsense writing style, with a good mystery with no loose ends. I will be reading more of this author.Overall rating: 4.5/5.0 stars.Reviewed for Affaire de Coeur in the February 20...
