For more reviews, check out my blog Craft-CycleA very cute picture book. I love how simple the words are, but that there is still a whole story that goes on when combined with the pictures. The illustrations are great as well. A fun tale of being brave and making friends.

Whereas the companion volume Icky Sticky Frog accurately but unsympathetically portrayed the cycle of nature in which living things eat one another and are eaten in turn, this little books presents an anthropomorphized Peacable Kingdom in which animals of all species chat amicably and kindly help th...

An adorable story about a farm's anticipation of the arrival of a baby chick. The illustrations are bright and the words are very spare. Perfect for reading with infants and young toddlers. A very nice gift book to place in a newborn's treasure chest.
