Jennifer Harrison is from Memphis, Tennessee, and has lived in California most of her adult life. Now onto the part where I do not talk about myself in third person! My first book was a photographic memoir about my family's relationship with neighbor Elvis Presley. "Perverse Wonderland" is my first novel, and "Lady Emma In Her Land of Wonder" is my first children's book. Currently working on a graphic novel and a screenplay, I go from dark chick lit to memoir and creative nonfiction to actual fiction to somewhere in the middle. Writing isn't about rules or repetition. My writing focuses on celebrating the strength in women, with humor. How else do we get through this life? I've worked everywhere. Nonprofit grantwriting, editing for university professors, lawyers, and all kinds of writers, extensively as a paralegal, talent management in the entertainment industry for actors and musicians... I'm exhausted.
