The book was very nice but there was not nearly enough of Jess and Lucius. They were busy with their things and the time they spent together wasn't enough and I expected to read mostly about them how happy are they and so on. I just didn't know the book was about them they were there but there was s...
I was elated to see that Beth Fantaskey stuck with the simple but elegant cover that reflects on the first installment Jessica titled Jessica’s Guide to Dating on the Dark Side. And the quote on the cover of this installment in the Jessica series made all the more alluring… “It’s one thing to find o...
Why was this so sloooow to read? It was as if I were wading through mud just to finish. The story seems to have progressed since I read the first book, so I went online to read the wedding story posted to Fantaskey's site, but that didn't help all that much. Eh.
I have been anxiously hoping for/anticipating this book for the last year and a half... and it did not disappoint. Jessica & Lucius are in a word... magnificent. I also loved the Mindy & Raniero storyline. This book is totally worth the wait :)Full review to follow... :D
DNF I can truly say that i would not be getting back to this book and i feel sad about it. I liked the first one. But after spending 3 hours with this second book, i feel like everything i liked on the first book is all gone..nil. And to think i waited for this sequel for a long while. :(
I enjoyed this book as much as I did the first one! I will admit that I was wondering what the author had done to my favorite character at the first of the book but I kept reading and it turned into a wonderful story. I also liked how the story was told from several points of view. Such a good book....
I really enjoyed the first book in the Jessica series, and thought it was a fun, light-hearted vampire romance, and different from the usual vampire book. With the wedding novella that followed, it seemed that things were left pretty well tied up with Jessica and Lucius. So it was a pleasant surpri...
First Impression: A few years ago, I was utterly captivated with Fantaskey's first Jessica book. It was a sweet romance... and a little bit of a twist on the vampire legend... and an all around satisfying read. Not long after that, Fantaskey gave us the wedding of Jessica and Lucius. Another satisfy...
I absolutely loved Jessica's Guide for Dating on the Dark Side. I thought the author did a great job on picking up right where she left in the last book swinging to forward to this one. Everything in the book I LOVED. The characters, the plot, even the love between Jessica and her new husband Lucius...
What a suspenseful and engaging sequel to Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side. Jessica has married her vampire prince and is now known as Antanasia. She is adjusting slowly to life as a vampire princess. While she is committed to Lucius, she is less committed to being queen of the vampires. I...
