I liked this book better than the previous book in the series. I felt it read more like a single book than a series of short stories even though the book is very much a series of different monster hunting stories tied together. text A HYMN BEFORE BATTLE by JOHN RINGO
This book is set mostly in the early 2000s but it's a world that has found out that aliens exist and you better start fighting them. Battle after battle is detailed in the book. I wish I could have found out more about the soldiers at home. Very good book.

They save Prince Harry from certain death in the Tower of London. I don't think I need to say any more, right? I mean, we all get it.Also I'm pretty sure that one of the guys rescued from St. Barts is supposed to be Harrison Ford, but I could be wrong.
