I am so glad that this book got better. I was really worried though, and confused after reading all the great reviews. I thought, maybe I'm too old for this book. The depression is what saved her. Prior to that she was unbearable. I kept thinking back to when I was eighteen and granted I had two youn...

Gayle Forman knows how to write a love story that doesn't make you go think "this crap is too unbelievable". She writes them so that you get all wrapped up & become just as emotionally vulnerable as the characters. In Just One Day you have no choice but to follow LuLu/Allison on her journey into fin...

Melanie embraces the lax drinking age limit, the lack of adult supervision and throws herself into having t...

I'm not sure if it's these things or something else, but it makes that kiss, which I get was just platonic - a friendly, cheek handshake thing - feel momentous. A kiss from all of Paris. Just One Day was a new kind of read for me. While I thought I would like it more than it did, that doesn't mean...

"Time stops for no one."I'm jealous of anyone living in Europe. Since I was eight, I've always wanted to live in France. If you ask some of the people I hang out with, they'll most likely tell you I never shut up about it. France is my home. I want to go backpacking all over Europe to experience so ...
