Wiglaf was told that he would become a hero, but he kept wondering when it would happen. When he sees a poster for Dragon Slayers' Academy he thinks he finally has his chance at being a hero. This was actually a pretty fun book with a few unexpected surprises. I'll probably be reading other books in ...

This book was ok. The kids did enjoy it, but not nearly as much as I Stink by the same authors. 3.5 starsAnother highly enjoyable installment in the Myth - o- Maniac series, focusing on Cupid/ eros and Psyche. I found Aphrodite's Italian affectation and Psyche's sweetness great additions, but Cupid really needed some guts. Fun and amusing and very revisionist.

Another highly enjoyable installment in the Myth - o- Maniac series, this time retelling the myth of Pandora. There were some great sections here, esp. with the guys and their stereotypical behavior.

Another highly enjoyable installment in the Myth - o- Maniac series, this time all about Atalanta. Cute, but not the best of the series.

The seventh installment in the highly entertaining revisionist Myth-O-Mania series that retells the Greek myths from the perspective of Hades, for the first time ever revealing the truth of what happened. This one focuses on Hercules and his labors - plenty of fun and a great way to get kids interes...

Complete with glossary for the terms and hard-to-pronounce names, very fun piece to read w...
