"Kitty's House Of Horrors" restored my interest in this series. This is a solid Urban Fantasy novel in its own right and it moves the series along in interesting directions. Kitty's participation in a Reality TV show, filmed in a remote mountain lodge, inhabited by various supernaturals who have g...
The first half is the build-up and backstory to the action. After that, boy-howdy! This is definitely the most violent of the series so far, high body count in this one. Cormac is out! Yeah!!! Nice setup for the next couple (or several?) books.
I'd have to say this was one of my favorite Kitty novels. In this one we find ourselves with Kitty on a mountain retreat filming a reality tv show. A host of paranormal advocates and creatures gather to convince on hardened sceptic that they exist. However, we know Kitty so it doesn't surprise any o...
Kitty is asked to do a reality tv show. She'd hoped it would be a platform to educate the public, but then her fellow contestants started dying. Now it's more like the Most Dangerous Game--with paranormal creatures!A good adventure yarn, but pretty light on characterization or the overarcing plot ...
Loved this one. It's a combination Reality Show and spoof on The Most Dangerous Game. Kitty and a group of other paranormals are asked to star in a reality TV show where they try to convince a skeptic that the supernatural exists. Except that TV show is a front and the producers want to hunt and ...
Here's another terrific thriller in the Kitty Norville Series. Kitty, who by now has acquired a reputation through her talk radio show and for being a werewolf who had come out into the open (though initially reluctant to do so, for understandable reasons, because lycanthropes like herself are gen...
This was a tough book for me to get thru. Just drug on and I put it down several times and picked up another book until I finally committed to getting thru it. For me I think since Kitty was not with her usual support group, I just missed the group interaction. The best part of the book was the f...
This Kitty book wasn't as great as the previous books. The plot was relatively predictable and therefore a bit boring. Still, it had the Kitty action and fun, so it was a good light read.
Monsters come in all forms, and those that where a "non-monster" form are often the worst.Kitty somewhat reluctantly agrees to do a reality show that reunites her (and us) with some of the interesting characters from previous installments of her tale. Vaughn provides foreshadowing of the battle to ...
I knew that TV show thing wasn't a good idea! Goodness gracious. That was nuts. But I'm very glad that Cormack is out of jail now!!! And Ben and Kitty are way too cute. I'm also happy that everyone who lived still keeps in touch. That was very traumatic, and now even Conrad is a believer! Bahaha. I ...
