I was captured by the 'realness' of characters. I also liked the different perspectives. Read in 1 day.
Ugh, this was disappointing. I felt like I was reading the author's character sketches for a book, not a finished novel. Lively gives us many points of view to her central story, which apparently took place fifteen years in the book's past. But each character is a flat, one-dimensional type who fail...
Glyn finds a photograph of his dead wife and it changes everything for him. As he slowly investigates the implications of the photo, a picture of his wife gradually develops and grows. A thoughtful book about relationships, death, and more. Recommended.
