Ostatecznie odkrywa źródło zainteresowań ojca i wraz z bratem zaczynają zgłębiać tajemnice lasu. Odnajdują tam wszystkie oblicza historii świata, poznają życie mieszkańców lasu, dają się ponieść nurtom legend, które w tym mrocznym a zarazem pięknym zakątku wciąż trwają.
