Two lives that blended so well. Two lives that were connected by friendship and love. Two lives that were torn apart by an accident so tragic that one life was nearly ended and the other was locked up. I finished this book three days ago and I'm still buzzing around thinking about it. Honestly, I'm disappointed. A lot. The beginning of the book was great, promising, everything was developing smoothly. The writing style was normal, readable and it was easy following the plot. Unapologetic Reader, Psychotic Writer
I had put off reading this book for a long time... it sounded so sweet and sad and beautiful, right? No.I had expected more from Simon Elkeles. After falling head over heels for her Perfect Chemistry series I had expected the story to be more realistic, more relatable..... simply more. I was thoughro...

I had high hopes for Leaving Paradise by Simone Elkeles, but, like a souffle, they fell flat rather quickly.::: The Plot :::The plot is fairly predictable; Maggie Armstrong was hurt in an accident a year ago. The drunk driver who hit her? Her best friend's twin brother, Caleb Becker. Both are return...
