It was funny.I liked the characters a lot : a very strong female character and a male character that i simply couldn't hate. I loved the tension between the main characters. I really liked it. Rating : 3,5 stars out of 5.

What a surprise! Well written & fully developed characters! I loved all the background given to the Hero in the story, usually that much detail is saved only for the woman & we are left guessing or given cursory explanations of the Hero's motivations. Although it was sad to read of such a youn...

3.5 stars, I liked it. I wasn't bored once reading it. It didn't blow my mind (I usually steer away from historical romances) , but it was interesting.

I laughed so hard for some reason when...

Better than your average historical romance. I liked that the characters weren't the usual fare and that the hero wasn't the usual hunk.

I have seen this one hailed as the best historical romance of all time. But this time I did not go in with any expectations this way or another. And yes it was a good book, those two were crazy and I am sure they will have a great deal of fun in their life together. But, did it make me want to read ...

This review can also be found on the Book Girl of Mur-y-Castell-blog.When I finished reading this book and went on Goodreads to see what others had thought of it, I was surprised. The four star ratings didn't surprise me, the five star ratings did. As good as I felt after closing the book (or activa...
