In the small town of Orenji lives Jay Parker, a 16 year old student from Orange Creek Senior High. Jay possesses E-Cells, very rare cells that give him the ability to conjure elemental abilities. Only a tiny percentage of adolescent individuals carry such cells.



Jay, who has been keeping this power a secret, exposes it to hundreds of students while getting in a fight with Josh, the school’s bully. As a result, a dark secret group of hunters named Dragoon who have been disguising themselves amongst the school faculty, coercively summon Jay to an undisclosed meeting of the “Student Council” where he will be sentenced to remove his E-Cells or be punishable by death.
