If you like action movies, you might like Take Over at Midnight. This book reads a lot like an action screenplay converted into novel form. Plenty of tension-filled flight scenes, interesting team dynamics, larger than life characters, and so on. This romance is a little light on the actual romance ...

I'm so sad that Peter didn't get his own full length book. I like who he's with, but it would have been a lot of fun to have had the chase scene really unravel and get more depth. For a novella it was really good though.

So far I've loved all the books in this series. I'm even willing to re-read them. That's rare for me. I can't help but cross my fingers and hope Sneaker Boy gets his own book.

This is book 3, but it does work well as a stand alone. Both were in the previous book, but this is their time. Connie is the dedicated mechanic, the soldier who forms no attachment. She feels weird and that she does not belong. I kind of felt that I I understood where she was coming from. Yes she ha...

3.5 starsThis is the first time I'm reading romance book written by man (yep, M.L. Buchman is a man). I will said The Night is Mine more like military novel with romance aspect, not vice versa. The heroine, Captain Emily Beale is bad ass but imo, too perfect and superwoman. And why all men love her,...
