One of my favorite picture books. The illustrations are playful and impressionistic and the story is one to remember. I read it as a child, read it to my daughter when she was little and now to my great niece and if I have grand children I'll read it to them.
this is a classic children's story featuring Madeline and her fellow orphans. the illustrations also show famous places in Paris and are accompanied by simple rhyming text.
