This is the novella I've been wanting! The story of Dali and Jim. It is something that was teased in one of the earlier novels, but I've been wanting this story. It is the romance of two unlikely people and I loved it. I have loved Dali from the moment we met her. She is so quirky! She's a shifter...
This was just ok for me. I didn't see the attraction between Dali and Jim. I think it's because Dali doesn't have enough face time in the series, so I haven't had a chance to get to know her. It was interesting reading about her family and her abilities.

Krótkie losy Jima i Dali. Uzupełnienie ich losów. Krótkie, słodkie, idealne dopełnienie do całej serii.
So good; I love Jim and Dali and I really would love a whole book about them.
I have to admit I actually liked this story. Not that it's so great, but I love the world of Kate Daniels and the way the authors are writing. Plus, it's nice to get to know some of the other characters from the story better too. Looking forward to read Gunmetal Magic!
I would love to see this as a prequel for more Jim and Dali stories.
