This was just ok for me. I didn't see the attraction between Dali and Jim. I think it's because Dali doesn't have enough face time in the series, so I haven't had a chance to get to know her. It was interesting reading about her family and her abilities.
For this being a story about Dali and Jim, there wasn't much romance or build up involved. I've read the previous books in the series and there are only a couple of hints that there are any feelings between these two. One is a comment that Kate makes to Jim.
