Two of the stories I really, really loved. 4 stars. The rest for me were just OK or skippable. 2 stars. 1 additional star just because even if I don't like 100% of her stories, I'm really glad that she exists. We could do with more like her.
I liked "The Faery Handbag" but hated the rest. I couldn't get a handle on her stories--I had no idea what was going on or why, and I didn't care about any of the characters enough to try.
I want it to be about good and evil and true love, and it should also be funny. No talking animals. Not too much fooling around with the narrative structure.
