The illustrator of A Stick Is an Excellent Thing, LeUyen Pham, also illustrated Desmond Tutu's excellent picture book [b:God's Dream|4473555|God's Dream|Desmond Tutu|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1320497857s/4473555.jpg|16349153]. In this version of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf," a cumpulsive liar discovers that storytelling is an art and has its place in society. And one can amuse oneself by trying to figure out alien speech.Library copy.

Wonderful poems, as enjoyable as they are informative, describe the extreme habitats that are home to a variety of birds, fish, mammals, and insects. Illustrated with stunning abstract collage art by Ed Young.

Masterful illustrations by Caldecott winner Ed Young. A variety of poetry forms about animals that live in extreme environments. End notes provide further information about the animals and their habitats.
