I didn't read the first two books in this series, but I wasn't thinking about that when I found it on my bookshelf. I was thinking, ooooohh, another Christmas romance, yeah! Was there some back story that I missed? Of course, but nothing that keep me from enjoying this book.
I nearly gave up on this book. The heroine was such a doormat and spent at minimum the first quarter of the story ruminating about it. I starting skipping chapters that seemed the same but I did read the end. Injured ski racer Tyler works with his best friend Brenna who has always loved him.
