The Blood of the Hydra starts pretty much where The Prophecy of Shadows left off. Our Elementals are training hard both with their powers, and by fighting without them. Nicole and Blake aren't together, although they both want to be. After fighting a monster, Nicole receives a 'tip' from Apollo on h...

I have been going back and forth with if I wanted to read this book or not for awhile. I finally gave in and read it. I enjoyed this book very much. It is in a sense a modern fairy tale. There were a lot of twists and turns. There was a lot of drama! I will definitely read the second book.

I gave this series a second chance, because I thought despite poor characterization and no plot in the first book, things could pick up. And the Vegas setting is fun, despite it’s flaws. But now I’m doing some major head on wall banging. The good news: the sequel is indeed a little bit bette...

I've picked this book because I liked the cover (it suggested adventure, mystery, hidden identity) and because I thought time-travel was part of the story. Maybe I should have looked harder; the book is also inspired in a Taylor Swift's song. That alone should have been a warning. TS is considered...

This book has no plot. So if you actually care about those things then you’re not going to like this book. The characters are horrible too. Then you might be wondering why read this book at all. The answer: Las Vegas Madow does a fantastic job describing the city. You really did get a fee...

Ja'mie, bitches! ~ I can’t really talk about this novel without spoilers, but it’s okay, because there’s not really a plot, just a love dodecahedron. ~ The Secret Diamond Sisters is the story of what happened when three sisters from the poor side of town find out their long-lost dad is a bil...

Savannah. Courtney. Peyton. The three sisters grew up not knowing their father and not quite catching a break. But it looks like their luck is about to change when they find out the secret identity of their long-lost dad—a billionaire Las Vegas hotel owner who wants them to come live in a gorgeous...
