it was the lightest and best written I have made my way through of her books. I will progress with more and enjoyed this but taking a break from her simple style for a while

text The Birds And The Bees

not the best writing style (very much more a script writer in some way). But very easy to read. A nice wandering story. I didn't identify well with the main characters and thought they were a little over simplified but not bad.

I enjoyed the characters although it took a while to get Helen and Elizabeth straight in my head. I think the writing is very conversational but not brilliant. i hope to read more by the same author written later as they have been recommended but I chose to start at her earliest work.

text Afternoon Tea at the Sunflower Café

What a fantabulously feel good read this was.. It was a book full of love. hate.. betrayal.. and friendship... What goes around comes around and this book was certainly one of those wonderful reads which melted ones heart
