Everything, down to every single one of the 700 names for mole-men, made me laugh and fall in love with the world again for the 30 seconds at a time that I spent reading this book.
It may be a mistake to read this from front to back like any ol' book. I probably would have enjoyed it more in bite-sized, fake trivia chunks since I had to push myself to keep going, despite finding it pretty clever.
I feel a little guilty adding this to goodreads because I "read" the audiobook version of this, and listened to it over the course of a couple of weeks while walking the dog. Now most people in the neighbourhood are sure I'm nuts, because this often got me giggling insanely. (Before this, they wer...
Hodgman's fake trivia is hilarious, but I wanted a story. So, maybe some later time.
