I think I enjoyed it more this time than the first time, though I was mostly reading eagerly to get to the third, which I remember as having been my favorite.

Morrigan’s Cross is the tale of one man fighting across time to battle the vampire queen Lilith. Morrigan the Goddess sends to him allies of all sorts, including his brother who was turned to vampire, a witch, a shapeshifter, an archer and a warrior. This book is filled with half-and-half emotions for me.The WritingThe writing is smooth and easy. You don't have anything to really hinge on, and nothing to catch you up. Interesting storyline but the main focus of this book seemed to be the relationships between the main characters. I'm hoping the next one will have a bit more to it.

Who are the main characters within this book although we're also introduced to Cian the vampire, Larkin the shap-shifter, Moria the scholar and Blair the warrior. It's the good vs bad and the...

Nora Roberts is one of my favorite romance novelists and I'm particularly fond of her trilogies. That being said, this one appears to have everything - vampires, old gods, witches, sorcerers, time travelling, alternate world bridging, shapechangers; you name it, I think it's got it. And maybe it's...
